Jackeline Reyes is currently the Communications Coordinator for Por la Pesca project in the Marine Governance Program of the Peruvian Society for Environmental Law.
Jackeline is a Social Communications Specialist with experience in the design and implementation of communication and social management strategies for the environmental and renewable energy sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and a Master’s degree in Social Management with a specialization in Local Economic Development Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has experience in the production of various communication pieces, citizen participation processes and scientific dissemination from the public and private sectors, and intercultural contexts.
As part of the Por la Pesca project, led by the SPDA, Jackeline is responsible of coordinate the design and implementation of the communications strategy, which is aimed at various audiences, including fishing communities, public and private sector and civil society organizations from Peru and Ecuador, all focused on the sustainability of artisanal fisheries and improving people´s welfare.
