What do children and adolescents think about the climate emergency and human rights in Latin America?

This document summarizes the opinions, demands and concerns of children and adolescents in Latin America and the Caribbean in relation to the climate emergency and the full exercise of their rights, such as education, health, recreation, food and participation.

The origin of this document lies in the amicus curiae submitted to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on the occasion of the advisory opinion requested by Chile and Colombia on the “Climate Emergency and Human Rights”.
